Material Return And Exchange Policy
Upon arrival, please carefully inspect each item & report any issues per Shoppackage’s Material Inspection Terms. The client shall be protected from return and exchange related costs for any issues reported during the inspection, prior to construction taking place.

The client will check for quality issues or inappropriate parts upon receiving the items and inform Shoppackage within 30 days after arrival. Shoppackage will arrange for replacement free of charge, provided that the original items and packaging are complete.

Shoppackage shall make the best efforts to honor exchange requests, however, Shoppackage does not provide free return or exchange for items that:

  • Arrived more than 30 days ago;
  • Or are already installed;
  • Or are custom made.

For some kitchen cabinets & components, Shoppackage requires a minimum 15% restocking fee, per supplier’s own policy.

Exchanging into different items may incur additional construction cost due to necessary labors (e.g. large to small tiles, shaker to european style cabinets).

Excessive material left over after construction, such as tile and paint overages, are the property of the homeowner and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Shoppackage reserves the final right of interpretations of the above policies.
